MIKHAIL SHASHMURIN, DIRECTOR GENERAL
In 1982, he graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering University where he specialized in electric systems and grids. In 1989 – 2004 he worked as an engineer, senior engineer, later as the Head of the Russian Representation of an external trade holding TechPromExport in Vietnam and the director of EnergoVolt Company, being a part of the above holding. In 2004 – 2008, he occupied the position of the Head of the Export Department of ÎÀÎ RAO UES of Russia, Deputy Head of the Project Group. In 2008, Shashmurin was appointed the Deputy General Director of OAO Eastern Energy Company. Since December 2009, he has been the Head of the Far-Eastern Geographic Division of OAO INTER RAO UES. In 2010 – 2011, he worked as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OAO Eastern Energy Company.
YURIY ALANIYA, Deputy General Director – PROJECT TEAM MANAGER, ERKOVETSKAYA thermal power station
In 1992 he graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute, Faculty of Industry and Transport Powering and Automation. He worked as General Director in AEROPRIMA Closed Joint Stock Company. He joined JSC Eastern Energy Company in 2008. The scope of his responsibilities includes implementation of the investment project on construction of combined heat and power station on the base of Erkovetz Coal Field in Amur Oblast.
Sergey kobtsev, Deputy General Director for economics and finance
In 1995, Sergey Kobtsev graduated from Khabarovsk State Law and Economics Academy, where he specialized in economics and corporate management. Since 1995, he has been working in power engineering. In 1995 – 2006 he worked on different positions in Khabarovskenergo. In 2007 – 2010 he was Deputy General Director of JSC Far-Eastern Generating Company.
Mr. Kobtsev joined JSC Eastern Energy Company in 2011. He is in charge of financial and business planning issues, accounting and reporting; interaction with banks and financial institutions; taxation authorities; interaction with the Financial and Economic Center of OAO INTER RAO UES.
Vitaliy smirnov, Deputy General Director - head of commercial and trading department
In 1987, Vitaly Smirnov graduated from Moscow Power Engineering University with a diploma of engineer-electrician. Since 1987, he has worked in power engineering. In 1987 - 2001 he worked at Mosenergo Thermal Power Plant 25 where he started as electrician and became the head of electro-technical laboratory. In 2001 - 2002 he worked in the Export Department of RAO UES of Russia as a senior specialist in power sales to the states of North-Eastern Asia. In 2002 – 2011 he worked in OAO INTER RAO UES. He occupied positions of Deputy Director for operations with Far-Eastern countries, Head of Grids Section, Head of Section for Electrotechnical Equipment Operation, acting Chief Engineer, Deputy Head of the Operational Management Department, Deputy Head of the Geographic Division “Far East”. He joined JSC Eastern Energy Company in 2011. In the company, he is in charge of foreign trade activities, power purchase for export purposes, organization of power export from the Russian Federation to China, Mongolia and other states of North-Eastern Asia
